Aeropress and French press are very similar coffee making methods. The preparation takes place in two stages. First, the coffee is mixed with water and then filtered through a fine filter; the only difference is in the filtration plant.
Device use order:
- moisten a disposable filter; it is placed on the lower cover, which is screwed on the drum. Put the cylinder on the mug.
- then pour 90 ° C of water through the funnel and pour the water up to the mark on the drum, stirring with a spatula for 10 seconds.
- then the plunger is pushed into the cylinder by pushing it down (about 20 seconds), the water is forced through the coffee grounds (they remain in the filter).
